Beginner Gelato-Making Class
A practical introduction to making gelato by hand, covering base recipes, churning and flavouring.
In this two-hour class you will prepare a classic gelato base, learn how to balance sugar and fat, and churn two flavours to take home. The instructor walks you through each step, and there is time for questions at the end.
The price includes all ingredients, a tasting during the session, and a small tub of your finished gelato to take away. Suitable for complete beginners aged 16 and over.
